How to terminate
You can terminate your contract at any time under the conditions provided for by our Standard Terms of Use, which can be consulted on your Client Dashboard. To do so, go to the “My Account” page of your Client Dashboard, then click on “Cancel my account”.
Return of the terminal
If you were provided with a Payment Terminal, you must return the payment terminal within a time-limit of 15 days from the end of your contract to the address stated on your Client Dashboard. If you do not return the terminal, you will be invoiced for the charges stated in the Pricing & Fees.
