Ugo
Introduction
Stancer provides simple, accessible, and transparent payment infrastructures to help entrepreneurs and businesses grow daily.
This official module allows you to accept credit card payments via the Stancer platform directly on Ugo. Before you can accept payments through this module, you need to create a Stancer account.
Supported Version
Ugo is continuously updated and distributed in SaaS mode.
API Key Generation
To configure the Ugo module, you must generate API keys.
Log in to your Stancer account
Go to the "Developer" tab on the left.
When you create your account, private and public keys for testing are automatically generated.
To request production keys, you must complete your Stancer registration and validate your account.
Step-by-step module installation and configuration
Once you are logged in to your Ugo account :
Go to the left-hand tab “Paramètres” then “Connectivité”.
Search for the Stancer module, then click on “Configurer”.
- Enter your public key (pprod_xxx) and private key (sprod_xxx)
Refunds
Ugo offers partial or total refunds.
To refund a payment :
Go to “Commandes” tab on the left, then search for the order you wish to refund using the order date
Click on the eye to the right of the order to open it.
- Click on the red “Rembourser ce paiement avec Stancer” button in the bottom left-hand corner.
- Choose the amount to be refunded (⚠️ Please note that partial refunds are only available after payment capture).
- Click on the red “Rembourser” button. An internal comment will be automatically added and the order payment will change status to “CB en ligne (Stancer) - Remboursé”.
Available payment methods
The module enables you to pay by credit card.
To enhance the security of online transactions and protect against fraud, transactions are protected by the 3D Secure protocol.
